Orders and Customization
By viewing our models, you can schedule an appointment at our showroom or at home, where you’ll have the opportunity to experience our craftsmanship firsthand and meticulously customize your desired accessory. You can choose the material, color, combinations, contrasts, heel height (if applicable), and even have your name laser-engraved inside the product, making every detail part of a truly unique and personalized process.

Each leather and material may show slight color variations depending on the dye baths and color charts used. However, we ensure rigorous quality control, discarding any noticeable discrepancies to maintain a consistent color theme.

Pricing and Payments
We accept Euros, Swiss Francs, US Dollars, and British Pounds at current exchange rates (favorable or unfavorable). Our prices are VAT-exempt under the flat-rate regime, meaning no additional charges are applied except for a mandatory state stamp fee of €2.
We offer worldwide shipping, with a personalized quote provided in advance for shipping costs and customs duties (where applicable), ensuring clear and transparent communication.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfers
and debit and credit cards.

Our internal policy requires a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due upon delivery for small productions or micro-samples. If, after one month from the order confirmation, the remaining balance has not been settled, unless otherwise agreed upon with the administration, the order will be considered canceled, and the shoes and deposit will be retained as compensation.

Production and shipping times
Each pair of shoes will be handcrafted within a maximum of 4 weeks or 20 working days.

Shipping is handled via ground or air courier, with delivery expected within 36/48 hours, except in cases of courier-related delays beyond Viganò 1946’s control.

Return and Refund Policy
As our products are custom-made upon request, the right of return or withdrawal does not apply.

We will cover any manufacturing defects or significant construction errors. Please note that minor imperfections highlight the handcrafted, artisanal nature of our products and are not considered flaws.

We offer a lifetime guarantee on the quality of the sole for any defects that may appear over time or issues not related to normal wear, such as cracks, peeling, or irregular wear patterns. Simply send us an email, and you will be contacted within 24 hours, we’ll be ready to resolve the issue promptly.

Intellectual Property
All rights to designs, images, and content are exclusively owned by Viganò 1946.

Any unauthorized reproduction or duplication is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
We exclude all liability for indirect damages or improper use of the shoes by the customer.
